Our Custom Decoration Methods
Screen Printing – Classic, Bold & Built to Last
This is the OG of printing—the go-to for bold, long-lasting designs that look great on t-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, and more. Perfect for big orders, screen printing delivers vibrant colors and a smooth, pro finish that won’t peel or fade after a few washes. The ink bonds directly to the fabric, giving your print a soft, breathable feel. It’s also one of the most cost-effective options when ordering in bulk, making it a great choice for businesses, events, and merch brands.
Cons: Since screen printing requires a separate screen for each color, it’s not the best option for small orders or highly detailed, multi-color designs. It works best on cotton and cotton blends, so if you’re working with polyester or performance fabrics, other options like DTF or embroidery might be a better fit.
Embroidery – Clean, Classy & Durable
If you want a premium, polished look, embroidery is where it’s at! Perfect for hats, polos, jackets, workwear, and uniforms, embroidery won’t fade, crack, or peel—it’s stitched in for the long haul. Plastisol (Screen-Printed) Transfers – Screen Printing on Demand!
Think of this as screen printing without the mess! Great for 1-color, 2-color and full-color designs, plastisol transfers are perfect for small runs over 30 pieces. They give you a vibrant, screen-printed look without the need for a large setup. Pricing depends on print size (sheet size) and quantity, making it a solid alternative to traditional screen printing. Also metallic, glitter, and puff transfer are available.
Pros: Great for bulk orders with a screen-printed feel.Works well for 1-color, 2-color and full-color designs.Cost-effective for mid-sized runs (30+ pieces).

Vinyl Transfers – The Go-To for Custom Names & Effects!
